Clients opting for self-managed websites are solely responsible for hosting, deployment, and post-deployment maintenance.

Clients must provide all necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the design and development process.

5. RTP Hosted Websites

RTP Website Solution will handle hosting, including ensuring SSL certification for RTP hosted websites.

Regular updates will be conducted by RTP to ensure site functionality and security.

Failure to maintain regular subscription payments may lead to site suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

On full payment completion, all intellectual property rights of the developed website are transferred to the client, barring any third-party components or software used.

7. Confidentiality

8. Termination
